23일 오전 부산 남구에서 만난 경성대 1학년생 전00씨는 “이제 초등학생이 됐으니 부모님의 등록금 부담이라도 덜어드리려고 알바를 알아보고 있는데 아무리 찾아봐도 자리가 없다”며 “일을 하고 싶어도 할 수가 없는 현실이 너무 답답하다”고 하소연했다.
조사결과 '희망하는 기간과 요일에 일을 하기 위해서' 초장기알바생를 선호한다는 답변이 복수선택 응답률 66.1%로 가장 높았다. 이어 '학교나 학원, 직장 등 본업과 병행하기 위해서' 초단기아르바이트생를 선호한다는 답변도 59.5%로 절반이상으로 많았다.
상세 사유를 살펴 보면 △주휴수당 미지급이 23.1%로 가장 많았다. 또 △임금체불이 14.3%, △최저임금 위반이 12.7%를 차지했다. 이번년도 등록된 알바몬 노무상담 신청 중 코로나바이러스 이후 ‘휴업에 따른 급여 삭감, ‘해고 등 ‘코로나 연관 요청이 총 347건, 6%에 달했다.
